Rates do not include applicable taxes (8% Sales Tax plus 3% Occupancy Tax). There will be an additional charge for roll-away beds. Children age 12 or under may stay in the same room with their parents or guardian, free of charge. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Requests for earlier check-in or later check-out times will be accepted on a first come basis, but it can not be guaranteed. For those that arrive early and cannot check in, there will be a place available to store the luggage. The cut-off date for our group reservation is May 19,2006, after which time the unused portion of the reserved rooms will be automatically released. Reservations received after this date will be subject to availability at current rates. The hotel provides a free continental breakfast consisting of muffins, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and juice every morning from 7:00 to 10:30 AM. The hotel also serves a Breakfast Buffet from 7 - 10:30 AM, the cost is $ 7.95 (subject to change) Lunch is served from 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM Dinner is served from 5:00- 10:00 PM

From I-81 Northbound & Southbound	Exit 5 (Front Street). Turn left onto Front Street, go straight to fifth traffic light and turn left onto East Clinton Street. Go over bridge and turn right onto Water Street. Hotel will be on your right.
From NY-17 Eastbound	Exit 72 (Front Street). Right at light onto Front Street. Turn left at third traffic light onto East Clinton Street. Go over bridge and turn right onto Water Street. Hotel will be on the right.
From NY-17 Westbound 17 West to I-81 North.	Exit 5 (Front Street). Turn left onto Front Street, go straight to fifth traffic light and turn left onto East Clinton Street. Go over bridge and turn right onto Water Street. Hotel will be on your right.
From I-88 Westbound Follow I-88 to I-81 South.	Exit 5 (Front Street). Turn left onto Front Street, go straight to fifth traffic light and turn left onto East Clinton Street. Go over bridge and turn right onto Water Street. Hotel will be on your right.
From Binghamton Airport	Follow Airport Road (turns into Stella Ireland Road). Go through three traffic lights and take exit onto Route 17 East. Exit 72 (Front Street). Right at light onto Front Street. Turn left at third traffic light onto East Clinton Street. Go over bridge. Hotel will be on the right.
To Binghamton Airport	From front of hotel, take left onto Water Street, then left at first traffic light onto East Clinton Street. Go over bridge and turn right onto Front Street. Follow Front Street to entrance ramp signs for 17 West. Take 17-West to exit 71N - Link Airport. Turn right onto Airport Road and follow signs for the airport.
